Your Creative Power

Every moment of every day we are sending out energy, beautiful streams of pure consciousness that radiates out from the spirit within us. Through our thoughts, attitudes and beliefs, we project this energy into the physical world where it takes form as our reality.

We are incredibly powerful creators.  Everything that we see and experience in life we have created, both individually and collectively. Unfortunately, many of us are not consciously aware of this universal principal.  We haven’t been taught that we have this incredible power to create and how to use our abilities as master creators.  We get caught in the illusions of the Earth plane, the fears and negative vibrations that are present to challenge and teach us.  We are led to falsely believe that we are victims, helpless and limited.

As we awaken to our true power as spiritual beings, we discover the opportunity we have to fully engage the creative force within and step out of any self-destructive or limited thinking. The illusions shatter as we realize that we are totally responsible for all that happens in our lives, all the experiences. We can now “clean house” and clear our consciousness of any energies that are not serving us, not bringing us joy and fulfillment.

Opening fully to your creative power and finding energetic balance begins with a willingness to accept full responsibility for all that you have created – the good, the bad, and the ugly.  Are you ready? Can you reject the belief that you are a victim on any level?

If your answer is yes, your power to create and change your world awaits you. You always have the chance to grow in your ability to believe in yourself and all the infinite possibilities that exist for you to explore. You can ultimately manifest whatever you want.

But first you will need to explore and bring to the surface any unconscious energy that is blocking your power to attract what you need and desire.  Any thoughts or beliefs that are based in fear or lack create similar experiences in your reality. Luckily, you can change your reality by having a better understanding of your inner consciousness, facing yourself and knowing what makes you tick.

Start by clearly asking your inner self to identify and reveal to you the lower vibrational energies within you that are holding you back. With your desire and intention to open to the contents of your inner consciousness, you will begin to receive messages, insights and signs of where your energy is not in harmony.  Without judgment, allow these thoughts, feelings, memories, attitudes, etc. to flow painlessly to the surface as a powerful step in gaining conscious control of your life.

Affirm and know that you are safe when you begin this process of understanding yourself.  Become the gentle observer of your own life looking at everything you have created with loving detachment. Remember it is only an experience you are having.  It is not who you are. When you discover an attitude or belief that is not working toward your highest good, know that you can release it easily.

Try this simple releasing technique to help you let go of lower energies from your consciousness:

Take a deep breath and say:

“I now release (insert belief, experience, fear, etc.) from all of my bodies, from all times and all places NOW”

Exhale and imagine the energy leaving your body.  Repeat the affirmation until you feel an inner “click”, a “knowing” that the process is complete.  You’ll often know it by a sense of calm, a peaceful feeling that will result from this inner work.  Sometimes you’ll have a physical reaction to the release (i.e. yawning, burping, crying, laughing, etc) that will signal that you’ve successfully let go.  Feel free to use this technique for a variety of issues.  Use it as often as needed as a simple, quick and effective way to direct energy out of your field of consciousness and to accelerate your spiritual growth.

I’ve used this technique for my own growth for many years with great success. Use it for long-standing issues/beliefs that you’re ready to let go of or with a bad mood that you’re feeling in the moment.  Explore and feel free to modify the wording in any way that feels right to you.

Now you can freely add a new belief to your consciousness to truly change your reality. You are always the one in charge. Become aware of your power to create anything you wish. Enjoy the process as you awaken more fully to the endless possibilities!

 

A Delightful Opportunity

What would your life be like if everything that happens to you – good or bad – could be seen as simply a delightful opportunity to grow? How would that change your life?

Choose to experiment a little and try something new. By shifting your perspective you may find yourself dealing with challenges more quickly without needless drama and emotional drain when they’re seen just as learning experiences. With this more positive attitude toward your life your energy levels would soar, giving you more energy to direct in more constructive ways.  It would be much easier to find that elusive sense of joy when you hold a perspective that everything was ultimately for your higher good.

As spiritual beings our growth can come to us in different ways and take many forms.  Are you allowing your growth or are you limiting it?  Often with our conditioned ways of thinking and believing, we have been taught and have accepted the illusion that growth can only come in certain ways, thereby limiting how our soul can advance while in the physical body. Spirit encourages us to question what we have been taught and to see our self-created reality with new eyes.

Begin to look at all aspects of your life – yes, even the challenging parts – as a delightful opportunity to grow. After all, you have at some level, whether you are consciously aware of it or not, drawn to you the exact experiences you are now faced with.  If you can adopt a new mind-set that everything is for your ultimate good you can shift your perspective dramatically. You can then allow a mental, emotional and spiritual transformation to occur within your consciousness that allows everything to be part of your soul’s plan for evolving.

Does growth have to be painful?  No, of course not. It is your choice. You can choose to see all that happens to you as a gift, a positive experience that was carefully designed by you, for you. Staying in the old ways of judging, fearing or repressing the events in your life only keeps you stuck longer.  Become the observer in your life, seeing through the eyes of your spirit (higher self) and not through the ego which tends to judge and fight the lessons you’ve created to grow from.  Move beyond appearances and see the lessons that your soul is presenting to you and let yourself easily and quickly move through them.

So no matter where you find yourself right now on your journey, open up and allow the growth, the joy and the beauty to reveal itself to you.  Ask for your spirit to show you how to transform anything that is happening in your life into a positive expression of growth and self-realization. Don’t let yourself dwell on anything you don’t want or like for you will continue to strengthen its power over you. I think Dr. Peebles (Spirit Teacher) is onto something when he always says to us “Life is a joy – embrace it”! The more you can focus on joy, the more you will draw that energy to you.

So what are you waiting for? Don’t wait for an excuse to focus your thoughts on joy and the many possible delightful opportunities that await you. Detach from your own habitual reactions to life and allow a more optimistic way of perceiving things. Set a new course using your spiritual tools to begin to see all of your life, all of your experiences as a custom-made experience to delight you and to help you grow. You are always the creator, never the victim.

 

Stress Buster

Stress is a major issue for many of us in our daily lives but it isn’t something you have to live with.  Here is a simple and quick way to reduce the damaging effects of everyday stress.  Make a commitment to your mental and emotional well-being by taking just a few moments out of your day to become more aware of any stress you are holding on to.  Know that you are in control – no matter what the situation – and that you have the power to choose peace over stress.

At least once an hour, shift your attention away from the mind and all that mental chatter and B – R – E – A – T – H – E  . . . slowly and deeply for at least five counts.  By this simple act of breathing with your full attention you are opening the door to more stress-free living.   Lovingly direct your mind and body to relax with every breath.  Visualize waves of peaceful energy flowing into your body as you inhale and release all stress as you exhale.  Allow your spirit to reconnect with all parts of your being and feel that energy coursing through you.

Now tune into your physical body and notice any spots where there is tightness or tension.  Like many people, you may carry your stress energy in your head, neck and shoulders.  Check there for muscle tension and begin to consciously relax those muscles.  Let all tension drain away.  Use your breath to direct peaceful energy down your spine relaxing any stiff back muscles. The heart and stomach area is also a frequent area of concern for stress.  Focus on your heart and breathe deeply and let the sweet energy of love fill your heart.  If you are plagued with digestion problems, once again use your breath to bring more calming energy to your stomach and digestive organs.

End this short but effective stress-break by taking a final deep breath in and imagining your entire body bathed in a beautiful healing light. Feel free to repeat this process again if needed,  as many times as necessary throughout your day.

As a very real force in the world, stress is probably not going away anytime soon so it would be highly beneficial for you to challenge it’s power over you. It’s like an uninvited guest that has taken up residence within us.  If left unchecked, it can have an extremely detrimental effect on your body, mind and spirit. Luckily, you can decide how you want to feel and not allow the stress in your life to become a habit or pattern.  With simple exercises such as this, you can learn to consciously become aware of the stress you are entertaining and easily release it.

It’s easy. If you can count to five, you can release stress:

  1. Breathe in slowly and deeply, instructing your mind to clear and your body to relax
  2. Visualize waves of peaceful energy flowing into you
  3. Notice any areas that are particularly tight or tense in your body.
  4. Feel the tightness in those areas and make the conscious decision to let go. Inhale while inviting more calming, relaxing energy into your body. Fully release the tension as you exhale.
  5. Bathe your entire body in a beautiful healing light.

Try it now – you have nothing to lose but your stress.

Your Higher Calling

Since I was a young girl I knew I wanted to help others.  Coming from a dysfunctional family made me think deeply about the problems people face and how I could potentially help them.  I knew I had what some would call “gifts” but had no idea in my youth how I could possibly use them to help others.  I had no idea that I could become what I am today and serve others with my abilities as a medium and clairvoyant. I struggled for many years before I came to the powerful realization that my spirit was calling me to service and that my service to others served me in return with growth beyond what I could have imagined.

Although it has not always been an easy path, I know that it is my way of making a difference, contributing to the world around me.  I can honestly say that I find my work very meaningful and fulfilling especially when I see how my efforts can help shift someone into a more joyful and productive place in their lives.

But this isn’t just about me. You too can find your calling in life, a path that excites you, fills you up with an energy that begs to be shared.  Your special “gifts” are there within you, waiting to be acknowledged and explored more thoroughly.  I believe it is part of our personal responsibility in this life to open fully to a higher purpose where you will not only grow but you will help others grow as well.

Don’t always accept others’ ideas of what you “should” do, for despite good intentions, they may not know what you are meant to do with your life. That’s your job.  Be open to considering others’ opinions but know that your spirit will guide you to your truth.. There weren’t many people in my life that encouraged me to be a professional psychic medium but I didn’t let that stop me.  I’m now glad I didn’t listen! Open to the vast knowledge and power within you.  Ask questions.  Seek answers from many sources to help you find your unique talents and strengths.  Once you open to the inner beauty and power of your soul you’ll begin to realize your strengths  and let them shine for the world to see.  Don’t keep your greatness a secret.  You are meant share your gifts with others.

Last but not least, don’t assume your path is unimportant. All paths can lead to growth.  Your gifts are many and diverse.  It can be simple or complicated.  Your path is uniquely yours. You have something no one else can offer in the same way.  Your ability to create happiness and abundance is closely connected to your ability to serve others.

Remember a basic but important universal law: what you give, returns to you.  Your life – and what you choose to do with it – has meaning. You can choose to make a difference in the world by fully believing in yourself, knowing that you have gifts and talents of great value to offer and having a willingness to give of yourself.  The love, the joy and the help you give others will be yours.
