For some, it's about how you care for yourself—the foods you eat, how much you exercise, etc. For others, it's may be how you treat yourself and how you allow others to treat you. But have you ever asked yourself this very important question: What does self-love mean to YOU? It's more personal and relevant than what some researcher, therapist or the latest podcast says.
Dr. Peebles wants you to look at what loving yourself means more deeply than you may have ever done before—embracing ALL aspects of your being and really paying attention to what you need to feel happy and whole in your life (body, mind and spirit). Become more aware of your most personal, emotional and spiritual attitudes and behaviors that could be robbing you of living with real self love as well as the more practical parts of your daily life that are constantly affecting you.
